Waitlist privacy notice

This notice covers the Reloom private beta waitlist and this website. The Reloom app has its own privacy policy, which you’ll see before you start using it.

Who we are

The waitlist is run by [LEGAL OPERATOR NAME], [ADDRESS], the Netherlands. You can reach us at [CONTACT EMAIL].

What we collect

• Your email address.
• When you signed up and when you confirmed your address. Our email provider also records the technical details of your confirmation, such as your IP address, as proof of your consent.

Why, and on what basis

We use your email address only to invite you to the private beta and to send the few emails that go with it. We do this with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the link in every email or by writing to us.

Who else handles it

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) stores the waitlist and sends our emails on our behalf, within the EU.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and processes your IP address to deliver and protect it.

We don’t sell your email address or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We delete your email address from the waitlist when we invite you to the beta, when you unsubscribe, or when the private beta ends, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
